Set-up New User
Following are the steps on setting up new user or employee to use Quikscribe.
1. Create new user or profile.
2. Assign new user or profile.
3. Create new folder for the dictation files of your new user.
4. Map Quikscribe to the new folder you just created.
5. Make sure that all the file locations are correct:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Make sure that all paths are correct. You can click on the small folder icon at the right to change the path. Click OK once done.
