There should only be 1 licence registration with 1 user ID per computer. If the same user ID is showing in more than 1 computer, the Hard Drive serial number might be causing the confusion. You may display a detailed view of a file by checking display fields in the Display Option tab of Quikscribe Settings. The image below shows the fields you may select to display. These fields appear in the bottom panel of the Quikscribe Player display, and may include Subject, Matter Number, Document Name, Document Type, Date/Time Created, Date/Time Sent, and Date/Time Required.
