Change Priority

The transcription folders in your typing queues are color-coded according to the priorities of the file. The color legend shows at the bottom of the Quikscribe Manager.

In order to change priority of the folder, you can adjust the Date/Time Required of the files inside the transcription folder.

Once you’re done updating the Date/Time Required of all the files inside the folder, you can then refresh the typing queue to update the priority.

1. Right-click the transcription folder using your mouse.
2. Select Refresh Queue.

You will now see that the color of transcription folder was changed. (Green – No Priority)
