Files not sending automatically

If your audio files are not sending automatically when you connect your dictation device to your computer, you will need to fix the send settings in your Quikscribe Downloader. See instructions below:

1. Connect your dictation device to your computer and open your Quikscribe Downloader – if it doesn’t automatically opens.

2. Go to Settings and select Device Settings.

3. Set your Automatic Selection to Select All Files.

4. Set your Quikscribe Recorder Integration to Send All Selected Files.

5. Lastly, make sure that your Prompt for Send Location Before Download is unchecked.

6. Click Save and restart your Quikscribe Downloader.
