Sending via Email

Dictation Hub service comes with a 30-day free trial. It costs $120/year after that. It allows up to 5 pre-set destinations via email or FTP, and it’s easier to send files.  Files are converted to .wav or .mp3 format when delivered.

If you don’t opt to use Dictation Hub, you can send your audio files using the internal email app of your smartphone. See instructions below:

1. Make sure that Email Sending is selected in Settings>Forwarding.

2. Once your done dictating, click the send icon below.

3. Select Email from the options.

4. A new email will open with the audio file attached. Send it like a normal email.
